Dealing with isolation, culture shock, homesickness, the effect on your family life and the lack of opportunities to use your skills and experience can take a lot out of you.

Women in career transition

Many women are willing to express themselves professionally in a way that is rewarding, meaningful and corresponds to their fundamental values. Transition can mean considering a career change, position change, and stopping or resuming work. Personal coaching will have huge benefits in such circumstances. You will need focus, discipline, confidence and creativity. I will facilitate and reinforce this by offering enthusiasm, encouragement and wisdom.

Mothers

Mothers have the greatest impact on who their children will become. Being a mother is tremendously challenging and demanding, but is also an immensely rewarding experience for women. Sometimes it becomes too much trying to be the perfect mother, raise the happiest child and balance your motherhood with being a woman, a wife or a boss. As a result, your experience of motherhood can become disheartening and distressing. The truth is that in order for a child to feel safe and at home in his or her life you do not need to be constantly concerned about providing a perfect childhood. Children just have some basic needs that must be met. As a coach I can help you clarify how you can fulfill your own basic needs and those of your child in a way that is productive, uplifting and fun!
